How do I take care of dried flowers? How long will they last?
With proper care, dried, everlasting and preserved flowers will retain their loveliness for around 1-3 years and even longer. This is made possible through the careful extraction of all moisture following harvest. This maintains the structure - and often colour pigments - within a plant, putting a pause on the breakdown of tissues that would typically occur under normal conditions.
As a natural product, dried flowers can fade slowly over time, however their lifespan can be prolonged by displaying out of direct sunlight and away from draughts and moisture. This usually means indoors away from heaters, bathroom and kitchen steam, and windows prone to condensation.
As some elements such as stems and flower heads can be very delicate, we recommend minimal touching and handling, so displaying arrangements out of reach of curious little fingers and paws will go a long way in preventing any accidental damage.
To remove dust, gently direct a hairdryer on the coolest and lowest speed setting across the arrangement.
Can you modify an existing design?
Yes - we can :) We also offer custom made floral designs. We do our best to meet your requests as closely as possible to create the look and feel you are after. In custom made designs, sometimes we may need to substitute one element for another that is very similar in shape or colour due to seasonal availability. Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of dried florals, we are unable to accept returns. We go the extra mile to make sure your arrangement is carefully packaged and arrives at your door in great condition. As a natural material, some shedding can be expected to occur during transit, however this should not affect the overall look of your arrangement. For further info, head over to our Refund Policy.
